Roasted Vidalia Onion


COLD CUT ROLL UPS

Mix packet with 6 ounces of cream cheese, spread thinly onto your favorite luncheon meat and roll up into a tasty snack. Serve with crackers. May also be spread into celery stalks.

 
ROASTED POTATOES

Cut 4 medium potatoes into 1-inch cubes, boil 10 minutes or until a fork will pierce them easily, then drain WELL in a large bowl add 3 tablespoons olive oil and a packet of Roasted Vidalia Onion blend, place potatoes in bowl and toss until they become evenly coated, then bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

 
FOR USE AS A DIP

Mix contents of packet with 1 pint of sour cream and 2 tbsp. of mayo. For a traditional style dip use 1 pint of sour cream. Superb on cherry tomatoes or cucumber slices.
