Mix 1/2 packet wit 2/3 stick of melted butter and 2/3 cup of cream. Stir over low heat until an even consistency is achieved. Remove from heat and finish with 2 tablespoons sherry. Serve over fish, shrimp, scallops, seafood crepes, seafood strudel, or best yet, a baked stuffed lobster! |

LOST KEY LOBSTER BISQUE SOUP |

Mix packet with 1 cup of water and 2 cups of fish stock (chicken broth may be substituted). Bring to a simmer adding 1 cup of cream and 1 cup of cooked, diced lobster meat, shrimp or fish. Simmer on low heat for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add 1/3 cup white wine. Garnish with a thin round slice of lemon sprinkled with parsley. Enjoy! |

Mix contents of packet with 1 pint of sour cream and 2 tbsp. of mayo. For traditional style dip use 1 pint of sour cream. Try some on your shrimp and crab nachos! |
