Cheddar Artichoke Blend


CHEDDAR CREAM CHEESE BALL

Mix 1/2 packet of Cheddar Artichoke Blend with 8 oz. of softened cream cheese. form mixture into a cheese ball. Dice up 1/2 can of Sliced Black Olives. Place on large plate and roll cheese ball over olives so they evenly adhere to the outside of the ball. Serve with crackers, celery and carrot sticks, or bagel chips.

 
CHEDDAR DUSTED GREEN BEANS

Boil Green Beans for 1 minute. Drain and let dry in a colander. Lightly coat beans with a nice olive oil and toss in a hot frying pan for 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle our Cheddar Artichoke Blend over beans to taste. (The blend will adhere to the olive oil.)

 
CHEDDAR ARTICHOKE AND BLACK OLIVE DIP

Mix 1/2 packet of Cheddar Artichoke Blend with 1 pint of sour cream and 1 Tablespoon of Mayo. To this mixture add 1 standard size can of Artichoke Hearts, chopped up and 1/2 standard size can of Black Olives, diced up, salt and pepper to taste. Serve with your favorite cocktail hour crackers or fresh veggies.
